What hypnotherapy is

Hypnotherapy is a focused, relaxed state where your attention turns inward. You are not unconscious, and you remain aware throughout. This is a collaborative process: I guide with care, and you lead the pace and direction. Your system already knows what it needs—my role is to help you access it safely.

No. You are in control throughout the process. Hypnotherapy supports your own goals and values—it does not override them.
